Assessment Format: Produce a Portfolio. The portfolio will consist of different pieces of
information however the content must be written in a professional
manner and properly referenced if you are using any sources other than
your own input. There is no set word count however you are advised
not to exc. You may use tables and diagrams to support your report to

In the first assignment you are required to evaluate yourself and produce a portfolio. Your

Identify the development opportunities to meet current and future needs you have

Devise a personal development plan to achieve your intended goal. This personal
development plan (PDP) should discuss the short term objectives and long term
objectives and the processes and activities required to implement the development
plan. (LO 2.4, 3.1, 3.2)
Critically discuss your own learning against the aims and objectives you have
mentioned in the PDP (LO3.3)
Update your PDP upon based following the above evaluation. You must submit PDP
