   After almost two years of the pandemic and remote work, your company has mandated that everyone
   who is vaccinated can return to office. Within the first month of returning, you noticed that 80% of your
   team appears demotivated, anxious and exhibiting signs of distress. As a member of the senior
   leadership team, you have been asked to prepare a proposal to address these issues.
