Jeff Bezos is one of the richest men on earth who has to build his enormous wealth through Amazon.com, an eCommerce giant of our current times. Ecommerce has immensely grown over a span of two decades due to technological growth and the fact that people love convenience, which eCommerce offers in plenty (Rushe, 2018). m-Commerce is a new aspect of the eCommerce business, which refers to the process of contacting commercial activities over the phone. M-commerce has gained traction over the years due to the rise in number of mobile users worldwide. Mobile computing technology is the aspect that enables individuals to perform computer-related activities over their mobile phones, such as browsing the internet. The reason why Jeff Bezos feels that his company is not invincible is due to the trend being witnessed that most people are currently favoring the use of mobile phones to conduct most of their Internet-related activities as opposed to computers. Therefore, Jeff Bezos feels that if his company does not restructure and adopt this new shift, it will end its existence.

One of the best techniques of ensuring a company’s continued existence and profitability is focusing on their customer and developing new strategies to meet its clientele base’s needs, demands and preferences. It is also essential for companies to plan for the future by developing forecasting techniques that would ensure a company is able to evade any future risks and continue to guarantee its existence. Therefore, Bezos feels that if his company fails to plan for the future and continue meeting its customers’ demands, it will fail.
