Culture and Identity

The concept of culture and identity is essentially diverse and more importantly, complex. Studies have shown that culture and identity are critically dynamic aspects which change from time to time. People create a sense of history and tradition from the interrelation between families, social media, schools, state rituals, costumes, holidays, heritage centers among others. In this light, this paper basically seeks to present a critical analysis of the concept of culture and identity. The paper will attempt to establish the element of identity as it pertains or reflects in on the emergent of professional identity, the development of gender identity. Similarly, this paper will discourse the manner in which culture affects identity.
