Precisely, incase a challenge happens to arise, I can manage to think of new ways of handling the issue in order to ensure that the operations of organizations are not heavily affected. Precisely, innovation can even help a leader to come up with a long-term solution, which can be highly beneficial to the success of an organization. If a challenge happens to occur and it affect the operations and systems of an organization, it can result to huge losses, which can even take decades for an organization to recover.

In conclusion, it is evident that the author of this article has provided meaningful insights as far as adapting to complexity within the organization is concerned. Precisely, the author has provided ways in which leaders can respond to organizational complexities in order to adapt as fast as possible. in order to achieve effective and quick adaptive responses, it is necessary for organizational leaders to reduce organizational bureaucracies, need to create an adaptive space, create network structures, as well as embracing the most effective leadership function (Uhl-Bien & Arena, 2016). Considering that the level of competition for limited resources such as the space for expansion, talented workforce and market for the produced goods and services has greatly increased, it is importance for organizational leaders to stay alert of embracing adaptive responses to various organizational complexities which may occur.
