- discuss the practical developments in the compensation and benefits management and how the organization has linked the recent theoretical developments and their business strategies in their compensation management.
- Identify and develop the competencies needed by the HR managers to solve the existing issues in the organization and
- Formulate successful strategies in the field of compensation management to overcome the challenges.

- The Group is free to choose any industry/organization in the UAE/GLOBE and each group must choose different industry.
- Students are advised not to select (Emirates airlines, Etihad Airlines, Etisalat and DU) to avoid repetition of the research in the same organizations.
- The student will undertake research on the topic, using published materials, primary data/ secondary data.
- Undertake research into the problem, provide relevant analysis, and suggest potential solutions and recommendations.
