This happens if the situation does not follow the primary law of the land, and if the judiciary is seen to be trying to streamline the given criminals on a platform unique in nature (In Stahn, 2015). This occurs as a result of the incorrect entry of the associated individual to make sure that society is made peaceful for the large population.

Here it is true that according to research, most of the criminal systems in the entire United States proceed and makes sure that they divide the crimes into multiple categories. Each of these categories depends on how the offense is more dangerous. On the other hand, felonies remain the most known form of crime. Examples include the small practice of thefts, offenses of traffic, and issues concerning the abuse of drugs (In Stahn, 2015). All these are involved in this question and remain the most common crime fair in very studies and organization. Individuals should understand the different cases of crimes to make sure that they know what they are going to be charged of.

This question, according to studies, aims at making sure that it factors in detail the factors that aim at predicting criminal thinking happening among different individuals who are not in prison. This serves as a factor which –triggers the given set of the behavior of criminals (Brody & Acker, 2010). All the elements provided in this case aims at making sure that they predict the extremist violence which occurs among teenagers. This question is very fair as it explains well more about how the crimes done by the youths are forecasted and what needs to be done to make this a success.
