Review each section and make sure you’ve been as specific as possible. Put yourself in the shoes of a potential reader, and ask yourself: Based on these short descriptions, would I be interested in reading a story with these characters, this conflict, this plot? Does the story have a clear beginning, middle, and end? Are the characters unique, yet recognizable and relatable? Is the theme understandable?
