The home media multitasking Interface (HMMI) is the software that can be used in different scenarios. Large software such as MMIS may lead to a wide range of system requirement. The new system alters the relationship and environment between individuals so it is pertinent that all stakeholders be brought on board (Schmidt 3). Moreover, during prototyping, it is important to utilize a combination of different strategies to determine the requirements of stakeholders to ensure that the software gratify the needs of the market. The quality of functional requirement can be promoted through processes such as visualization, consistent utilization of templates, and documenting dependences (Whitehead et al. 13).
