The company chosen for study is Constructit which has over one thousand employees (University of Phoenix, 2012). The economics issue that the study tries to analyze is the fact that all employees in the Constructit Company lack insurance policies covering towards their working conditions (University of Phoenix, 2012). The company possess no insurance plans for the workers and therefore, each worker has to pay for his or her insurance coverage. The firm pays an annual pay of five thousand dollars to its employees (University of Phoenix, 2012).

Constructit firm operates with 450 men and 390 female employees. The company has chosen to employ energetic women and men indicated by the average age of the employees lying between 25 and 45 years. Employees in the company are young because they are below the age of 35. There employees are 60% married while the rest are not or are in courtship bracket. Considering employee profiles in terms 40% of sedimentary activities, 30% moderate, and 30% great physical activities (University of Phoenix, 2012). However, in any work environment, there always develop medical issues that preexist. Such conditions calls for medical insurance plan to ensure the workers are able to get medical treatment at any time of the year. At Constructit Company there are those medical conditions that are available to the employees. The following are preexisting medical conditions at Constructit Company (University of Phoenix, 2012). 48 males and 40 females have digestive disorders, 90 males and 120 females have high cholesterol. Also, 80 males and 70 females have allergies, 20 males and 80 females have respiratory problems, 90 males and 60 females have obesity, 70 males and 30 females have high blood pressure, and 70 males and 30 females have migraines (University of Phoenix, 2012). After the comprehensive analysis of the employee profiles a coverage insurance plan is required to create a good workplace environment. Two plans to handle the above issue are possible to develop and are as follows (University of Phoenix, 2012).
