This project will audit the talent management system at the company Google. The aim is to find out whether the current talent system is improving the organisation’s return on its HR investment while increasing the overall performance and satisfaction of every member of the organisation. Based on your findings, make recommendations as to how the organisation can implement sound talent management strategies to become a key strategic contributor in the marketplace.
