Great leaders should avoid pursuing glory and instead allow to be accountable during the crisis. The leader must comprehend the unique position he holds within the organization. They must analyze what they know about the organization as well as what they are yet to understand the business dynamics. Further, the leader should also identify attribute they possess which can help improve the business performance. The leaders should then strive to improve on their strengths so that they can lead their juniors efficiently (Amanchukwu, & Gloria, 2015). It is through workshops, reflection, and enrolling for management courses that the leaders can eliminate the limitations they face when discharging their services in the business environment. Lastly, the leader must strive to improve on virtues like humility which helps them acknowledge their limitations. When leaders admit their limitation the employees feel free to communicate on significant issues with the management.
